Course Schedule
Taking summer courses can be a great way to get ahead on coursework. You may prefer to take a difficult course over the summer so that you can focus more attention on that particular subject and do well. If you are planning to take a course over the summer, make sure to think about:
Summer Courses at Cortland—The online course schedule will list the classes offered, just click the summer 2012 semester. You will be able to register for the summer using the dates listed on your time ticket. Cortland offers a variety of summer sessions—accelerated two-week courses, five-week courses, full summer courses or online courses.
Online courses will be designated by ASYNCH, which means asynchronous. You can search specifically for online courses using the course schedule by searching for “WEB—Online Course Delivery” under course attributes.
Before you register, double check the length and format of the course that you are considering. Housing, dining and library services are available on campus for students taking summer courses at Cortland. Contact Residence Life and Housing to sign up for summer housing. Financial Aid is available for summer coursework. Check with your financial aid advisor for more information.
